The Bendigo VRI, red brick, single- storey Federation-style building has been a place used by the local community for nearly 100 years. Originally the facility opened in 1915 but with the ensuing restrictions on new non-essential buildings brought about by World War One, the current building was not complete until 1924.

Carpet Bowls
Season halfway when had to stop due to virus. Still waiting to start again. Otherwise nothing to add.
Social Bowls was being enjoyed as well, then they had to stop too.
Billiards and Snooker started with 2 A Grade Teams and 1B Grade Team, they too had to stop Competition.
Covers for The Tables were resewn recently. No Singles have been played yet.
Bendigo Hall is nearly 100 Years old and has had plenty of activities in it – Bingo, Dancing, Carpet Bowls, Indoor Bias Bowls, Exercises, Belly Dancing, Irish Dancing, Karate, War Games, and even had a Soup Kitchen. There is also The Railway Museum.
