VRI Membership Terms

A VRI Membership runs on an annual basis - one year from when the membership is activated. By signing up for deffered payments (payroll deduction / direct debit), you are committing to pay one year of membership. Should you cancel your VRI membership throughout the year, you are required to pay the year out it full.


Personal Information

I understand that VRI collects my Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing membership benefits and services to members.

The VRI may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties who provide services directly related to your membership including benefit providers, and mail houses.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.


Direct debit authorisation;

Request and authorise VRI Incorporated user Id: 444688 to arrange, through its own financial institution, a debit to Your nominated account any amount which VRI incorporated has deemed payable by You, until further notice in writing, but for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from Your account held at the financial institution You have nominated below and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

Acknowledgment by signing and/or providing us with a valid instruction in respect to your Direct Debit Request, You have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions governing the debit arrangements between You and VRI Incorporated as set out in this Request and in Your Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.


Payroll Deduction authorisation;

I authorise the VRI to deduct the stated amount from my pay and to forward this amount to the VRI Inc for a minimum of 12months membership, commencing  from the first pay period following receipt of this authority and every pay thereafter. I understand that these amounts may be increased by the VRI without written notice to reflect changes in fees. I understand and agree that this authority will remain current unless I write to the VRI, requesting a
cancellation of this PRD authority. I understand that upon cancellation of my membership any outstanding amount owing to The VRI for membership will become due immediately. I further authorise my employer to deduct from pay/s all outstanding amounts owing for VRI membership.
