Steptember is over but its not too late to enter your steps and make a donation to this wonderful cause!

Visit our team page

We may be locked down but you can still STEP up this Steptember and walk, swim, ride, wheel or spin your way to 10,000 steps per day during the month of September – all while helping to improve the lives of children and adults who live with cerebral palsy.

There’s never been a better time to join with fellow VRI members in Australia’s leading health and wellness fundraising event.

Not only will we be doing our brains and bodies good - adding more exercise into our daily routine can reduce stress levels, increase productivity and boost our immune system - we’ll also be raising vital funds to support people living with cerebral palsy. From research into the causes and prevention of cerebral palsy to identifying babies at risk and providing essential mobility equipment, you can create lasting impact.

It’s easy, simply follow these steps:

  1. Create your team of up to four people (solo steppers welcomed), nominate a Team Captain and create a  unique team name or simply nominate.
  2. The Team Captain then registers your team at  which will automatically link your team to Victorian Railways Institute.
  3. Here, the Team Captain will     need to enter the names and emails of the team members, select ‘Pay for team’, then use the promo code VRI2021 at the checkout for free registration.
  4. Once your Team Captain has completed the team registration, each team member will be emailed an  invitation link in order to complete their own registration.

Once you are registered, why not get a head start on the competition and be the first to donate. This sets the benchmark for your team mates too.

Thanks to the VRI, the individual member who raises the most money will WIN a 2 night weekend away to Jan Jac VIC (for up to four people, subject to availability). There will also be spot prizes along the way!

See you at the VRI starting line!

I would encourage everybody and anybody to join the VRI. It’s a community and family that have been welcoming to me and my family. There are so many benefits and activities to participate and socialise to meet new people. BILL MITREVSKI  VRI Member
